About claims
If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about a Knabstrup Keramik product, please contact the store or webshop where the item was originally purchased. If you received the product as a gift, you may need to ask the gift giver for information about where and when it was bought.
If you purchased your product from our website, please submit your claim through our service portal. Make sure to include photos, receipt, and a short description of the issue.

According to EU consumer law, a valid receipt showing that the product was purchased within the past two years is required to submit a complaint. The complaint must also be made promptly after discovering the fault or defect.
When you contact the store where the item was purchased, the staff will assess – and if needed, test – the product based on Knabstrup Keramik’s guidelines to determine if the complaint is valid.
